Luxury Villa Accommodation in Quinta do Lago

This exclusive private collection of independently owned luxury villas features large living spaces on the ground floor, characterised by decorative and well appointed interiors. Each villa includes fully fitted kitchens, air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. All bedrooms are en suite. Each property is positioned in its own landscaped grounds overlooking a private garden and swimming pool. The 5 bedroom villas all feature en suite bathrooms, with the ground floor offering 3 twin bedrooms and the 1st floor featuring 2 double bedrooms.

Villa Facilities and Amenities

Each villa includes Voya amenities including shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, body milk and soap, satellite television, telephone and air conditioning throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features a washing machine and dishwasher, ironing board and iron, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and all kitchen utilities. Villas benefit from a daily maid service.

Available baby articles include barriers for beds and stairs, toilet seat adapter, potty seat, baby bottle steriliser and heater, subject to availability at booking time.

Each villa has a private garden laid to lawn with a private swimming pool, which is not heatable.

Martinhal Quinta provides guests with a full support service, including a 24 hour reception desk. The outdoor communal pool at the Clubhouse and the pool hangout area offer a relaxing and beautiful heated swimming pool area with sun beds and sunshades and a variety of facilities:

• M Bar - The Mbar offers a poolside dining experience with delicious snacks, salads, pizzas, paninis and a wide selection of drinks.
• Gelataria - Mouth watering homemade ice cream, crepes and waffles for a refreshing moment by the pool.
• Outdoor Playground - There is an unsupervised outdoor play area for children with a trampoline, sand pit, table tennis, water feature and inflatable toys.
• Blue Room - This is an indoor game room with PlayStation, Wii's, internet and other more traditional pastimes such as table tennis and table football. The Blue Room is an unsupervised leisure facility for all children, especially suitable for ages 8 and above.
• Raposinhos Kids Club - "Raposinhos" means "little fox" and children here are encouraged to be the same, active and inquisitive. The Raposinhos kids club offers supervised childcare for children from 3 to 8 years old with local charges applying per session. • Mercado Deli & Bake - Located at the resort's shopping centre, our "Mercado Deli & Bake" offers a wide variety of takeaway breakfast options with freshly baked bread, croissants and pastries, coffees, teas and natural orange juice. Here you will also find fresh fruit and vegetables, high quality deli items and a wide range of drinks. A full range of cold takeaway dishes are also available throughout the day. "Mercado Deli & Bake" is also a convenience store offering a range of daily basics for families.
• "O Terraço" Restaurant - Open for dinner from 18:00 until 22:00 offering a wide choice during the summer months.

Family Services and Baby Concierge

Baby Concierge - In addition to Raposinhos Kids Club we offer babysitting services and the opportunity to pre-book baby equipment, from small items like potties, bottle sterilisers and warmers, to bigger items like stair gates, baby cots and baby baths. Please note that we also offer a wide variety of lotions, nappies, baby food and other items in our shop, Mercado Deli & Bake.

What's Included in Your Stay

Accommodation rates include daily cleaning with kitchen not included, towels and bed linen changed every 3 days if requested by the guest, safety deposit box, air conditioning throughout, and welcome pack. Baby cots are on request and subject to availability at the time of booking for up to 2 year old babies, with extra cot chargeable. Extra beds are on request and subject to availability at the time of booking for 3 to 12 years old and it is possible to accommodate 1 extra bed per villa.

From 1/4/18, buffet breakfast has 50% discount for children from 9 to 12 years if adults acquire the buffet breakfast. Breakfast supplement can be acquired daily and must be booked for all the reservation guests. Children up to 8 years receive meals free of charge subject to the adults acquiring the supplement.

Arrivals are welcome on any day of the week. Guests should be aware that pets cannot be accommodated.

• A shuttle bus will run to Quinta do Lago beach with seasonal service and local charge applies.

If you are looking for a fun day out in a theme park, Aqua Show Park is just 19 minutes away. Aqualand and Slide and Splash are also just 47 minutes away.
