Our Approach

We take pride in offering a personal, professional service. Every property we advertise belongs to private individuals who care deeply about their homes — and that care shines through in every guest experience. We promote the idea that staying in a private villa offers far more comfort and character than a hotel.

We can offer you high-quality photography that is vital to showcasing your property’s appeal. If guests can’t visit in person, they’ll want the next best thing — stunning, professional images that bring your villa to life. How It Works

• Setting Rates
  You decide your desired income per week for each period of the season. We then add our commission, so you always know your exact return once a booking is confirmed.
• Payments
  Guests book directly with Premier Villas, paying a 20% deposit at confirmation and the balance eight weeks before arrival. We then pay you a deposit upon booking confirmation and the balance 6 weeks before the guest’s stay.
• Damage Deposits
  We hold a pre-authorisation on the guest’s credit card for a damage deposit, released 72 hours after check-out unless any damage is reported.
• Housekeeping
  We recommend a minimum of two cleaning sessions per week, but this is flexible.
• Additional Considerations
  Pool heating and air conditioning costs should be clearly defined for guests to avoid confusion.
