This large and spacious private villa comprises of 4 floors and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 full size bedrooms (3 doubles and 3 twins) with 4 en suites and 1 wet-room with WC. 

The villa owners have lived in Turkey for a number of years and travelled extensively around the country before settling on this area, the passion for their home can be seen in every corner of the villa. The property is lovingly decorated to combine the charm of Turkey with modern comforts and every room in Villa Talia enjoys magnificent sea, valley or mountain views.

There is a huge lounge and dining area and a covered terrace overlooking the sun terrace, pool and gardens. The villa includes a lovely beamed kitchen with modern amenities complete with Bosch appliances, and a utility room with Bosch washing machine and ironing area.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: The incredible Taurus Suite is our master suite equipped with our feature mountain view bath and shower. This king size bedroom features a giant walk out balcony with sun-beds, seating and stunning views of the sea and mountains.

Bedroom 2: Our Island Suite has a king sized bed and comes with an en suite bathroom equipped with a shower. It boasts a giant balcony with fantastic views out to islands and sea beyond.

Bedroom 3: This twin suite features stunning views of the surrounding hills and countryside. It is also equipped with an en suite and shower.

Bedroom 4: Our Pool Suite is an en suite with a shower. It has twin beds with a walk out patio directly onto the pool area and gardens.

Bedroom 5: Our Garden room is a large double, next to the wet room and facilities. It leads onto the terrace, patio and pool area.  

Bedroom 6: Our rooftop twin room features a large sun terrace with sun beds, seating and fantastic views of the surrounding landscape.

Outside there is a large sun terrace by the pool for lazing the day away and a 15m x 6m freshwater swimming pool. The beautiful landscaped gardens offers many different private areas, mature trees and plants. The lower terrace boasts a fruit garden with tree swung hammocks for peaceful naps or afternoons spent enjoying a good book. 

There is a private roof terrace with breathtaking views. At night you can almost touch the stars (a telescope is also available.) The roof terrace provides the perfect setting for a night cap.

The large private grounds provide the perfect space and atmosphere to relax in total privacy whilst enjoying the views. The Islamlar area, although only 10 minutes from cosmopolitan Kalkan, offers guests the opportunity to escape the crowds to be able to relax in peace and privacy.

The area

Islamlar village is a wonderfully lush area in the Taurus Mountains. The village consists of a rambling collection of wonderful old houses, a Mosque, a cay (tea) garden and a bakery, where the flour is still ground between stone using natural water power – an amazing sight. 

There are some great walking paths surrounding the villa or drive around exploring the stunning Taurus mountain range. As the villa is close to parts of the famous Lycian Way, it is a natural choice for walkers.
