Samira 4 is one of four adjacent villas located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Kalkan centre. The villas are part of the Samira Resort Hotel and have great sea views and offer contemporary and spacious accommodation for 6 guests.

The subject of a recent total renovation programme, the Samira Resort Villas offer bright and comfortable accommodation in a convenient location.

Each villa has its own pool for sole use and guests are also able to make use of the large communal pool, plus facilities at the nearby Samira Resort Hotel.

Ground floor

• Open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need for self-catering. Appliances include a large fridge-freezer, electric oven + gas hob, extractor, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher. A dining area is also provided with seating for up to 8 guests.
• The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen Smart TV.
• The pool terrace can be accessed via large glass sliding doors.
• A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.

First floor

• There are two bedrooms on this level - a Master double and a second double. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, flat-screen TV's and balconies.

Second floor

• This floor houses the third bedroom - this bedroom can be configured as a twin or a double. It has an en-suite shower room, flat screen TV's and access to the villa's roof terrace, which is furnished with loungers, a parasol plus table and chairs plus a Jacuzzi.

Outside

• Private pool featuring a shallow level into which sun loungers are placed. A spacious terrace area with shaded al-fresco dining area (to seat up to 8 guests), a comfortable seating area and ample loungers and parasols. Table tennis is also provided.

Guests are also able to make use of the facilities at the nearby Samira Resort Hotel. These include:
