Kismet

Kismet is a luxury modern Villa with lots of external space for sunbathing and relaxing, while still being only 15 minutes walk (or a few minutes taxi ride away) from the shops and roof terrace restaurants of the quaint old town of Kalkan. Immediate vicinity restaurants are only approx 8 minutes walk away.

The moment you arrive, you will appreciate the emphasis on outdoor living with spacious sunbathing areas surrounding the 10m x 5m infinity pool and infinity jacuzzi. Comfortable lounging sofas under the pergola provides an ideal area where pre dinner drinks can be enjoyed prior to dining on the Terrace.

Leading from the outdoor area you enter the designer kitchen fitted with modern appliances and black quartz worktops. Another dining area here accommodates 8 people. A lounge on this floor offers relaxing sofas with a TV, Ipod Docking Station and a selection of Books and DVD's. Cushioned furniture is provided on the balconies and outdoor areas for those quiet tranquil moments. For the more active there is a pool table, table tennis and PS3 with games and to keep you in touch with the outside world the Villa also has WIFI.

All 4 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, mirrors and dressing tables. Styling hair-dyers are provided in each bedroom for your use at the villa. 

The villa is ideal for two or three families (preferable children over 8 years only) or 4 couples. The ground floor has two bedrooms; the first floor holds the living/dining/kitchen area and pool area, with the second floor having two further bedrooms. There is a plasma TV in the living area with a PS3 and games and CD/iPod docking station, along with TV's in three of the bedrooms.

There are fantastic sunbathing and relaxing areas on the sun terrace and balconies. The villa has sunbeds for up to 10 people. The Shaded pergola seating and shaded external dining area are perfect for breaks from the midday sun.

For extra-large parties or weddings, Villa Kismet can be booked with Villa Timeless (dependent on availability) bringing the occupancy up to 26 people. Villa Timeless has 7 bedrooms accommodating up to 16 people and is situated directly in front of Villa Kismet on the same street.

Bedrooms

• Master Bedroom: Super king size bed & LCD TV, USB DVD player. En-suite: walk in shower, W.C.
• Bedroom 2: Super king size bed and LCD TV & DVD player. En-suite: walk in shower, W.C.
• Bedroom 3: Super king size bed. En-suite: walk in shower, W.C.
• Bedroom 4: Twin beds and LCD TV with DVD Player. En-suite: Walk in shower, W.C.
• Two foldup beds with mattresses are also available (rental charge £25 each p/w) - these can be used in Bedroom 3 along with Superking Size bed for a family with 2 children or should 4 or 5 children wish to share that room. Alternatively 1 foldup bed can be used in Bedroom 3 and 1 foldup bed can be used in the Master Bedroom allowing the villa to accomodate up to 11 people.

Living Room

• Lounge is furnished with L shaped sofa & chairs.

• Another sofa near the 42" LCD TV gives the entertainment enthusiasts space to enjoy Playstation 3, CD/Ipod docking station.

Kitchen

• Designer kitchen units complimented by black quartz worktops; built in oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher, electric juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, chilled water dispenser.
• Dining table has the backdrop of pool view.
• Sliding doors open onto terrace.
