Kekini

Villa Kekini is a stunning brand new villa with fantastic views over Kalkan bay and a large pool and terrace area. There are 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and it's been furnished in luxurious and contemporary style. The villa is conveniently situated, with the centre of Kalkan town being an approximate 10-15 minute walk away.

The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area features floor to ceiling windows that make the most of the great views and allow light to flood into the property. The modern kitchen is equipped with top quality appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, built in oven and microwave, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area seats 10 guests.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a flatscreen TV and DVD player. Each of the 5 bedrooms has fabulous views and an en-suite bath/shower room (one of the double bedrooms has a freestanding Jacuzzi bath). There are four double bedrooms and one twin.

The villa's infinity-edged pool is much larger than average and features a shallow section (into which sun-loungers will be placed to allow sun-worshippers to cool off while soaking up the rays) plus a Jacuzzi section. The surrounding terrace is spacious and has ample sun-loungers and parasols. An al-fresco dining area is also provided (seats 10 guests).

Directly in front of Kekini is her 4-bedroom sister villa - Marinha. The combined villas can accommodate up to 18 people.

• Air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, sound system, DVD player, seating group, WiFi Internet, washbasin and toilet. The living room has sea view.

Kitchen

• Modern kitchen has microwave ,cooker, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, dining table for 8,cutlery, pots and pans, cups. Our kitchen has a sea view.

Pool

• The pool measures 16m x 5m x 1.6m depth. There is a private pool, jacuzzi and children's pool.

Garden

• The garden has a private swimming pool, sun terrace, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden table and chairs, stone barbecue, shower and tennis table.
