Eclipse

Villa Eclipse is an amazing holiday villa where your mind will just ‘pause’! Located on the hillside in a tranquil environment above Kalamar, Villa Eclipse enjoys breathtaking, uninterrupted panoramic view out to Kalkan town and the bay. The space she offers for 12 guests is incomparable with other villas in Kalkan. Villa Eclipse has been built and furnished to make its guests feel special – a very large infinity pool (17m) with a jacuzzi section, a stone barbecue, pool-side shower and plenty of space on the pool terrace equipped with not only with sunbeds and parasols but also an al-fresco dining set.

Driving into the private car park and walking down the steps you'd be met by a comfy seating area surrounded by a large garden with table-tennis table and a fountain. This is the rear side of the villa which is great for cooling off in the hottest days of the summer. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors take you onto the ground floor where the living room, open-plan kitchen and a WC are located. The living room is equipped with all the fun you and your children would need – a large flat-screen TV with channels in English; a Dvd player and a bluetooth speaker for smart phones and mp3 players. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. 

The prices displayed are for the villa per week, up to 12 guests. A weekly cleaning is provided. Outside areas and the pool is maintained on a daily basis. 

Ground Floor

First & Second Floors

• 4 double bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom with a jacuzzi. 
• All bedrooms on the first floor feature balconies and en-suite shower rooms.
• The second floor houses a double bedroom and a roof terrace with seating area - the view is breathtaking!
• The sixth bedroom of Villa Eclipse is within the annex apartment which also features a fully-furnished living room, equipped with all white appliances, and a small private terrace for two in the front.
