Casa Monto

T2137 is an amazing architecturally designed villa is set in an idyllic location overlooking the old fishing village of Kalkan. The detailed design provides stunning indoor and outdoor space using the very best natural materials available (travertine & marble).

There are four king size and three large twin bedrooms, all en suite. One of the king size bedrooms has a large Jacuzzi bath, two have flat screen TV's and private balconies. All of the twin bedrooms have balconies with sea views.

The downstairs living area is ultra-modern and very comfortable, enhanced by full air conditioning and fast unlimited Wi-Fi. The lounge area is extremely spacious with sliding doors to the pool terrace. There is a huge fully fitted kitchen and dining area also with sliding doors onto the pool terrace.

The outside space is extremely well designed with a large swimming pool (15x5x1.5m), 12 sunbeds and ample umbrellas. The outside dining table seats 14 and has a huge umbrella to provide you with welcome shade during the summer. There is a very large, specially made BBQ which can be used by the pool side or in the lovely garden full of scented flowers and fruit trees, which creates a fantastic area for dining. There is also a bar area by the pool side.

Should you decide to take a break from the rigours of sunbathing by the pool, there are plenty of things to keep you busy. The villa boasts a steam room, pool table, gym and fitness area, mini bar, table tennis and a mini cinema with professional speakers and sound system. Movies can be watched on either DVD or via Wi-Fi.

We also provide a well-provisioned welcome hamper with our compliments upon your arrival. This is thoughtfully stocked to allow you to settle in comfortably without having to rush to the shops as soon as you arrive.

Water Delivery Service: We appreciate that it can be inconvenient to continually collect and carry large, heavy water bottles from the market. Our service therefore includes the provision of fresh water with our compliments. A water cooler is provided in the villa, and the large bottles of fresh water are replaced throughout your stay.

A live-in housekeeper can be provided for housekeeping service and attention. This service is not included in the rental cost, please contact us for details.

Towels and bed Linen are provided which are changed every week (7 days) as part of a thorough, full villa clean.

The gardens & pool are cleaned every day, early in the morning so as not to disturb guests.

• Natural travertine wet rooms with stone carved sinks to all bedrooms. 8th bathroom on the ground floor. The super king bedroom has a stand alone Jacuzzi bath overlooking Kalkan. All bathrooms have a shower.

Kitchen

• Beautiful hand made high gloss white kitchen with soft close doors and island breakfast table. Including cooker, hob, built in microwave, American fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, blender, little weighing machine.The lounge and dining area.

Living Room

• 4 French doors out onto the pool area and back garden creates light & space. Large satellite TV, DVD, speaker system WiFi provides entertainment. There is plenty of seating for 14.

Utility Room

• There is a large utility room with automatic washing machine, ironing board and iron,clean bedspreads.
