At over 3000 square feet, it is not only very generously proportioned, but the way the cool and contemporary design connects with the views is nothing short of spectacular. The villa has been furnished with immense style and flair, both inside the property and on the extensive terraces, to make the most of relaxing, dining alfresco, entertaining new found friends or just having a G&T as the sun dips behind the mountains. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, with large open plan living space on the middle floor to make the most of the incredible views. Floor to ceiling windows offer views of the mountains, sea and Patara beach. The living area has sumptuous furnishings, a wide screen smart television and DVD player. Wireless internet and wifi enabled audio/visual receiver with multi speakers for all your music needs. Another part of the living area is intended to focus on the dramatic views. There are both indoor & alfresco dining spaces. The sleek kitchen is equipped with the latest built in Siemans appliances. There is also a granite topped island with bar stools. In addition there is a cloakroom and separate utility room. The stylish marble staircase leads to the upper & lower levels. Two of the bedrooms have King size beds and the other two have large twin beds which can be joined to create further Kings (two of the bedrooms have a separate dressing room). Each bedroom has its own en-suite marble bathroom with a variety of fittings to include a bath or wet room style shower area. All bedrooms have a private balcony.

Outside, the dining and swimming pool terraces are beautifully furnished, and offers much more privacy than a villa in central Kalkan. Extensive planting add colour and fragrance to this lovely space and the private infinity swimming pool is just a few steps away. At dusk, imaginative and clever lighting transform the feel of the villa, and set the mood for an unforgettable evening ahead and the villa has a parking space right outside the property.

The villa lies in the heart of Turkey's finest region of outstanding natural beauty. Set among fields and forests of cedar and pine, olive groves and walnut trees, the air is filled with the fragrances of bougainvillea, jasmine, jacaranda, lemon and thyme. There are a few local shops in the village below Uzumlu , As well as countless restaurants in Kalkan to suit all tastes, there are several near the villa in both Uzumlu and Islamlar (2-3km) serving traditional and local fare at reasonable prices. Sometimes, with prior notice, restaurants will collect you from the villa and drop you back again at the end of an evening. Unspoiled by mass tourism, this area has remained mainly residential with a genuine Turkish community life and atmosphere.
