Villa Sol

Villa Sol is a beautiful stone house with 5 bedrooms nestled in the hills overlooking the wonderful landscape. This Premier Villa boasts a lovely pool with sunloungers on a raised terrace where you can really appreciate the spectacular view and offers a quiet and private environment in one of the most beautiful areas of the town of Pollensa.

The property is furnished in a rustic Mallorcan style with many original decorative features. Entering the house on the ground floor a wide entrance greets you and through the arch you will find the spacious living/dining room with wooden beams, a large fireplace and TV / DVD.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the essential appliances, a long table and a pantry. From the kitchen you can step out onto the covered terrace with direct access to the pool area.

From the living room there is another interior arch with access to a double room with en-suite. There is also a separate bathroom next to the living room.

The rest of the rooms are located on the upper floors. These consist of two double bedrooms (one has an en-suite shower bathroom) and two beautiful twin bedrooms. Up the stairs you will find another bathroom. Step out onto the terrace and enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

By the pool there is a large covered porch furnished with several small tables and chairs ideal for enjoying dinners or meals outdoors surrounded by the beautiful countryside.

The covered outdoor kitchen is equipped with a brick-built barbecue, fridge and sink.

Villa Sol has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The villa is reached by a narrow private road.
