Villa Anaras is an elegant villa with gorgeous distant sea views, featuring both indoor and a small outdoor heatable swimming pool, a games room with a pool table, and relaxing outdoor spaces with a fireplace and al fresco dining, offering a perfect blend of modern elegance and artistic flair.

ACCOMMODATION

The 400 sqm villa features a spacious living room with a fireplace, comfortable seating area, TV, and large glass sliding doors opening onto a balcony with beautiful views. There is a dining area and an open plan kitchen equipped with Smeg appliances. The property also offers a games room with a pool table and TV, as well as a unique indoor/outdoor swimming pool with a pool ladder, separated by large glass panels.

The villa is arranged over two levels. The main level, accessed from outside via stone steps, houses the lounge, kitchen, and bedrooms. Internal staircases lead down to the lower level, where the pool area and games room are located
