• Living/Dining Room: A spacious, bright area with cable TV, internet, air conditioning, and a large dining table with 8 chairs. The room opens directly to the terrace, garden, and private pool area.
• Kitchen: A fully equipped, modern kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils. A first aid kit is also available for peace of mind.
• Laundry Area: Adjacent to the kitchen with access to the outdoors, equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board.
• Bedroom 4: A comfortable king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower, air conditioning, and access to the garden and pool area.

First Floor:

• Bedroom 1: A king-size bedroom with air conditioning, an en suite bathroom offering both a separate shower and a bath, and a balcony with views of the garden and pool.
