Overview

Teela is a 4-bedroom all-suite Premier Villa set in a quiet area and overlooking DomPedro Old Golf Course. It is a simple house with a calm feeling, able to provide a setting with all the necessary ingredients for a pleasant family holiday.

Accommodation

The bedrooms and bathrooms are configured as follows:

Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom
Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom adapted for wheelchairs
Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom with bathtub
1st Floor - Bedroom with double bed with private bathroom with bathtub

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The house has a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and other indispensable accessories.

The living room is also very spacious and with easy access to the outdoor dining area, with a broadband internet connection with Wi-Fi, TV with Portuguese and English spoken channels.

Outside

The garden overlooks the "Old Course" golf in Vilamoura, with plenty of privacy and close to the resort amenities, this villa is suitable for families and groups of friends who seek to relax under the Sun.

The exterior has an oval pool about 8 meters long by 4 wide and depths between 0.8 and 2 meters deep and. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be declined.

There is an outdoor dining area shaded by a porch that becomes quite cool in summer. This area is served by a portable BBQ.

Additional Maid service can be organised £15 per hour. For a 7 night stay the villa will be cleaned for your arrival and on your departure.

We do require a damage deposit of £500.00 on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.
