Accommodation

Inside, the villa opens into a bright and welcoming living and dining space, thoughtfully divided into two areas. The cosy lounge features a comfortable three-seater sofa, a built-in seating area by the fireplace, and a TV positioned near the patio doors, allowing natural light to pour in. The dining area comfortably seats six, making it perfect for shared meals. The compact open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for easy holiday cooking, with a small pantry just outside housing the washing machine. A convenient guest WC is located off the entrance hall, close to both the kitchen and living space.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms. One is arranged with twin beds pushed together to form a double, while the other offers twin beds; both have easy access to nearby bathrooms. The front-facing bedroom is paired with a bathroom featuring a shower, while the second bedroom enjoys views over the golf course and sea, direct access to the pool terrace, and use of a bathroom with a bathtub.

Upstairs, a small landing with an armchair and desk provides a quiet nook for reading or work. This leads into the third bedroom, furnished with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The room opens onto a private balcony with two sun loungers and a side table, offering lovely views across the fairway and down towards the beach.

Outside

The outdoor space is compact yet inviting, designed for easy outdoor living. A private pool sits alongside a terrace furnished with seating for relaxing and dining, including a table for six and a charcoal BBQ. The open views across the golf course and coastline create a peaceful setting for long, sunny days and warm evenings. Parking is available on the street just a few metres from the property, making arrivals and outings simple and convenient.
