From the entrance hall, you are presented with a modern design and symmetric layout offering stunning views of the outdoor pool and landscaped garden through tall glass windows. 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on this floor, each equipped with their own television.

The open plan Boffi kitchen is combined with a large seating area and provides access to outdoor dining with a BBQ and fireplace.
