Villa Martim is a spacious, semi-detached and newly refurbished townhouse, situated in the heart of Pinheiros Altos - a prestigious golf haven featuring a 27-hole course, golf academy, restaurant, and clubhouse bar offering breathtaking views over the Quinta do Lago Norte course.

Quinta do Lago is renowned for its first-class facilities, including tennis, paddle, gym, beauty services, and a variety of watersports near the popular Shack bar and Casa do Lago restaurant. The area also boasts 8 restaurants, picnic in the park events, outdoor cinema, local markets, and more.

Available for rent year-round, the villa is equipped with a heated pool (optional), underfloor heating, air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen, and BBQ areas, making it ideal for families with private, gated gardens.

Accommodation 

Bright and airy, the villa boasts neutral décor throughout. A welcoming entrance hall leads to the open-plan living and dining areas, which are stylishly furnished and open onto a private garden and swimming pool. The open-plan kitchen and living area includes a TV and fireplace, with direct access to the pool and terraces.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pool area, making it easy to keep an eye on young children while they play outside.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, a barbecue, terrace, garden, dishwasher, parking, Wi-Fi, TV lounge, fireplace, laundry facilities, fridge/freezer, hob/stove, microwave, iron, pool towels, Molton Brown toiletries, DVD player, SAT-TV, and a safe.

Bedrooms

All 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The expansive master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and opens onto a large balcony with sun loungers and a table and chairs. There are three additional guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
