Overview

Nestled in the exclusive Monte Lemos development, just 1 km from Praia da Luz beach, Casa Savio is a stunning detached eco-villa that operates entirely without fossil fuels. Powered solely by the sun, our energy is stored in batteries, ensuring a seamless power supply day and night.

Accommodation

Designed for comfort, the villa accommodates up to six guests, featuring three spacious bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. A private heated swimming pool offers a relaxing retreat, while breathtaking views set the stage for spectacular sunsets.

The villa spans three split levels. The master bedroom, located on the third level, features a super-king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace facing southwest, offering stunning views.

The newly remodelled ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout, incorporating a lounge, dining area, kitchen, and utility room. This entire space is air-conditioned for comfort.

Three sets of patio doors lead to a terrace overlooking the pool, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The media wall is equipped with a large smart TV with streaming channels and a Sonos music system. High-speed fiber broadband ensures fast connectivity, with Wi-Fi available throughout the villa. A telephone is provided in the lounge (domestic calls only).

The contemporary, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining utility room boast high-end appliances. Outdoors, a kidney-shaped heated swimming pool, serviced weekly, is surrounded by six sun loungers on the poolside patio. The villa is enclosed by gardens and secured with fencing and gates. Expansive patios provide ample space for dining and relaxation, complete with tables, chairs, and a barbecue.

The second level houses the remaining two bedrooms. One has a double bed, an en-suite shower room, and a private terrace. The other features twin beds and its own terrace. A spacious family bathroom is conveniently located nearby. All bedrooms are of a similar size. The master bedroom and the double bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, while the double and twin rooms also have ceiling fans.

For added security, the master bedroom includes a locking safe for valuables. Additionally, the upper landing offers a quiet reading nook with bookshelves.

The thatched pergola on the patio provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. Built to an exceptional standard, the villa boasts high-quality furnishings, fittings, and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Access is effortless—just a one-hour drive from Faro Airport via a quiet motorway. The villa is conveniently located near the center of Luz, only a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. Despite its proximity to amenities, the property remains private and secure.

To ensure a comfortable stay, maid service is provided twice a week.
