Accommodation

The villa boasts an advanced Smart home technology system that controls the lighting, music, and heating throughout the property. This allows you to easily customize and control the ambiance to your liking.

The main open plan living area is both spacious and stylish, providing a comfortable and inviting space for relaxation. It features a wall-mounted 65'' flat screen TV with IPTV channels, including popular English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and BT Sports. Additionally, there is a gas fire and ample seating on the large comfortable sofa. For dining, there is a beautiful table with panoramic sea views and seating for 10 persons, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances to cater to your culinary needs. It includes 2 dishwashers, a large fridge and fridge freezer with an ice maker, a conventional oven, a combi-oven and microwave, a steam oven, a sandwich toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, induction hobs, and a wine chiller. The wine chiller contains a selection of wines available in the honesty bar, providing you with a variety of options to enjoy.

A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron and ironing board, allowing you to take care of any laundry needs during your stay.

On the east wing of the villa, there is a TV room equipped with a flat screen smart TV. Please note that if you wish to access streaming services like Netflix or Amazon Prime, you'll need to use your own log-in codes. Lastly, there is an additional guest cloakroom available for convenience.
