The villa boasts an attractive open plan living, dining and kitchen area that flows seamlessly onto the private terrace through patio doors, creating a wonderful indoor outdoor living experience. The inviting living area features a lovely stone fireplace, whilst all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort during warmer Algarve days. A practical utility room adds further convenience.

Villa Ellen offers 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

• The generous master bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite shower room

Outdoor Space and Swimming Pool

The beautifully landscaped gardens lead down to the private swimming pool, measuring an impressive 10m x 4m (depth ranging from 0.8 to 1.2 metres) with elegant Roman steps and a surrounding patio area. Constructed in 2016, the pool area is well maintained, though the gardens are still maturing.

Please note there are some unexpected drops from various terraces and around the pool area, therefore young children should be supervised at all times.

Location and Local Area

Villa Ellen is perfectly positioned for memorable Algarve beach holidays and is an excellent choice for golf enthusiasts wishing to play on the region's many championship golf courses. The charming waterside village of Ferragudo, with its authentic Portuguese character, excellent restaurants and local shops, is just a short scenic walk along the beach. The larger town of Portimao, offering extensive shopping and dining options, is only 6km from the property.
