The lower level reveals a captivating games room, equipped with entertainment options ranging from a 75-inch Smart-TV to a ping-pong table and a football table.

The villa is is designed with sustainability in mind. The villa features a permanent water heating system using photovoltaic panels, and the infinity pool utilizes solar energy with a heat pump for water heating. The salt ionization system ensures eco-friendly water treatment, and the villa is equipped with home automation for efficient energy use.

Bedrooms

The house has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are located on the ground floor and bedroom 4 is located on the lower level.

Bedroom 1 - double bed and 160 x 200 m and an ensuite walk-in shower room.

Bedroom 2 - double bed and 160 x 200 m and an ensuite walk-in shower room. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden.

Bedroom 3 - double bed 1.80x2.00 m bed that can be converted into a twin beds 90x200m, ensuite bathroom with a double sink, walk-in shower, bidet and a toilet in a sheltered area. It has direct access to the outdoor patio/pool area.

Bedroom 4 - located on the lower level; it has a double bed 1600x200 and walk-in shower and bidet. It has direct access to the outdoor patio. There is also a service bathroom on the ground floor.
