Overview

Alto 20 is a 3 bedroom Premier Villa located on the exclusive Alto Golf and Country Club in Alvor, an excellent family holiday destination in the Western Algarve, Portugal.

This is a bright and spacious two-storey property, located on the "Golf" section of the Alto complex and overlooking the 2nd fairway of the Henry Cotton designed Pestana Alto course.  Villa 20 is air conditioned throughout and decorated to a very high standard with seamless indoor and outdoor living areas.  The Villa is only 200 metres from the Pestana Alto Golf clubhouse with its driving range and practice facilities.

The villa is situated just a 5 minute drive from Alvor village.  Here you will find an excellent long sandy beach, a vast choice of restaurants and bars, including traditional Portuguese fish restaurants down by the fisherman's beach where you can sample the days catch.  Villa 20 is also just two kilometres from both the bustling town of Portimao and Praia da Rocha.  The nearest beach, next to Praia da Vau, is just 500 metres away.

Guests at the Villa gain automatic Alto membership providing access to all facilities and amenities at the Alto Country Club.  In addition, Villa residents are entitled to golf access with reduced green fees at the Pestana Alto Golf Club.

The Alto Country Club is 1 kilometre from the property and is set in 18 acres of gardens on an idyllic site overlooking the beach and enjoys terrific views of the bay of Lagos.  Facilities include snack bar, a large swimming pool, two floodlit tennis courts, indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, beauty salon, snooker, clubroom and a children's play area.
