The villa is surrounded by a green park with olive groves and stunning views of Lucca and Pistoia. Immersed in the Tuscan hills with olive trees, it offers a space for true relaxation.

Accommodation

Villa Azelia boasts accommodation on three levels.

The Entrance level boasts a living room with fireplace,  three bedrooms, two of them sharing a private bathroom and one suite with private patio and entrance, There is also a double kingsize bedroom with ensuite.

The ground floor boasts a big new kitchen, a living and game area, three bathrooms and a huge panoramic 150squared meters veranda, with tables and chairs, sorrounded by trees and lemon trees, directly accessible from the Alfresco patio, overlooking the hills and the valley.

On the First level, the bedroom area consists of three ensuite bedrooms, including the master bedroom with covered terrace and hydromassage tub in the ensuite bathroom.

Outside

Surrounded by olive groves and the Tuscan hills, the villa is in an ideal situation to enjoy alfresco gatherings. With a patio and seating for 12 people, guests can enjoy relaxing on the armchairs or family meals cooked over the bbq. 

The pool (2msq) was restored in 2020 and features a modern heating system. There are plenty of chairs, armchairs and chaise-longues available as well as parasols.

There is parking for up to 10 cars on the premises.
