Located in the seaside village of Elounda on the northeast coast of Crete, Villa Arissa is a luxurious 5 bedroom property iconic in style.

Positioned just 10 metres from the coast and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Elounda, the villa is a great base in which to explore the magnificent beaches of northeastern Crete as well as the local shops, traditional food and the island’s nightlife. With plenty of space for up to 10 guests it is an ideal property for a family or group holiday.

The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which boast en suite bathrooms, and the accommodation is spread over two floors with a special emphasis being placed on the stunning views of the Cretan sea. The outdoor pool, with jacuzzi, sets the tone perfectly for rest and relaxation.

ACCOMMODATION (260 sqm approx)

Villa Arissa offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a bedroom and separate bathroom located on the ground floor whilst the remaining 4 en suite bedrooms are located on the first floor, there are two kitchenettes on this floor as well. All rooms boast a flat screen TV and air conditioning. 

A fully equipped kitchen complete with oven/hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and all the cooking utensils and equipment you may need can be found, along with a large dining table with seating for up to 10 people.

Whilst dining, your guests will be able to enjoy fantastic views of the sea.

In the living area, a large corner sofa and satellite TV create the perfect environment to relax in the naturally lit space offered from the large windows. This open plan living area is perfect to enjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding scenery.

Outside the villa, the decking area surrounding the pool offers calming views across the glass-like sea, perfect for whiling away the days, whilst the balcony and terrace areas are a great setting for your relaxing morning coffee or to finish the day with a glass of wine.
