Outside, the spacious garden provides plenty of spots to unwind, enjoy a glass of rosé, dine al fresco under the covered terrace, or take a refreshing dip in the private pool. Surrounding the villa, vineyards and rolling hills stretch toward the sea, creating a truly inspiring panorama.

Just a short drive from St. Tropez and only a stroll from the beach, this villa is the perfect base for a relaxed French Riviera holiday.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a semi-detached property and can be booked together with the neighbouring Villa Marceau (sleeps 8)  to accommodate larger groups.

ACCOMMODATION

Step into a bright and inviting open plan living and dining area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and family time. The space features comfortable seating, a dining table for shared meals, and a TV for entertainment. Large doors open directly onto the garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen, also with garden access, provides everything needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. There is also a full bathroom on this floor with separate W.C.

OUTSIDE

The villa sits on flat, beautifully maintained grounds, mostly laid to lawn and framed by hedgerows and mature trees for privacy. A covered terrace with a dining table invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, while the private 6.5 m × 3.5 m pool, complete with Roman steps, offers the perfect spot for a refreshing swim. Surrounding the pool, a sunbathing terrace with loungers provides a relaxing place to soak up the French Riviera sun. Private parking is also available on the property.
