Villa Gerard is a beautifully restored Provençal villa set among extensive vineyards on the Saint-Tropez Peninsula, just a short drive from the beach. ACCOMMODATION

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is arranged across a main house and a separate annexe, ideal for staff or guests seeking additional privacy. The ground floor features a welcoming living room with fireplace and TV, opening onto the terrace and pool area. A separate dining room leads to a covered terrace with al fresco dining facilities. The fully equipped traditional kitchen retains its terracotta flooring and opens directly onto the outdoor gas BBQ area. Two bedrooms are located on this level, both with direct access to the garden, along with a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a guest WC. The independent annexe houses two additional bedrooms, each with TV and ensuite shower rooms, offering comfort and privacy for guests or staff.

OUTSIDE

The villa is set within 5,000 m² of manicured gardens, featuring large lawn areas, mature trees, fruit trees, and a vegetable garden. Guests can enjoy a private saltwater pool measuring 12 by 6 metres with Roman steps, surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. Multiple terraces offer outdoor dining and chill out areas, while an inner courtyard features a small fountain and an additional al fresco dining space. An outdoor shower is also provided, and the property enjoys uninterrupted views over the vineyards of Château Minuty.
