Villa Gerard is a beautifully restored Provençal villa set amidst extensive vineyards on the St Tropez Peninsula, just a short drive from the beach. Accommodation

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is arranged across a main house and a separate annexe, ideal for staff or guests seeking additional privacy.

Main House – Ground Floor
The ground floor features a welcoming living room with fireplace and TV, opening onto the terrace and pool area. A separate dining room leads to a covered terrace with al fresco dining facilities. The fully equipped traditional kitchen retains its terracotta flooring and opens directly onto the outdoor gas BBQ area. Two bedrooms are located on this level, both with direct access to the garden, along with a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a guest WC.

Main House – First Floor
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, both air-conditioned and with ensuite facilities. One enjoys views over the Gulf of St Tropez.

Annexe
The independent annexe houses two additional bedrooms, each with TV and ensuite shower rooms, offering comfort and privacy for guests or staff.

Villa Gerard offers six well-appointed bedrooms in total. The main house includes two ground-floor bedrooms and two first-floor bedrooms, while the annexe provides two further queen-size bedrooms. All rooms are tastefully furnished and designed to ensure comfort, privacy, and relaxation.

Set within 5,000 m² of landscaped grounds, the gardens feature expansive lawns, mature trees, fruit trees, and a vegetable garden. A private 12m x 6m heatable salt-water swimming pool with Roman steps is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. Multiple terraces provide outdoor dining and relaxing areas, including an inner courtyard with a charming feature fountain. An outdoor shower and uninterrupted views over the vineyards of Château Minuty complete this serene and exclusive outdoor setting.
