Villa Florent is a stunning five-bedroom luxury property overlooking the Beauvallon Golf Course and the Bay of Saint-Tropez. With a private infinity pool, heated jacuzzi, gym, steam room, and private cinema, the villa offers an exceptional setting for a refined and relaxing stay. Beaches, restaurants, and a local boulangerie are all within a comfortable 10–15 minute walk.

Located approximately 8 km from the charming medieval village of Grimaud, Villa Florent enjoys a privileged position close to cobbled streets, historic ruins, local markets, waterfront dining, and nearby vineyards, making it an ideal base for exploring the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Accommodation

Villa Florent is arranged over three levels and designed to combine contemporary comfort with elegant open-plan living. On the ground floor, the entrance opens into a spacious open-plan living area with lounge, dining space, and a fully fitted kitchen equipped with Miele appliances and an American-style fridge freezer with ice machine. A second smaller kitchen and pantry with additional fridge freezer and workspace is located just off the main kitchen, along with a separate WC. Fully opening folding doors from the lounge lead directly onto the terrace, garden, and pool area, while an outdoor breakfast dining area is conveniently positioned beside the kitchen.

The lower ground floor, accessed via stairs from the kitchen, is dedicated to leisure and relaxation. This level features a stylish bar area, fully equipped gym, full-size steam room, a ten-seat cinema room, as well as a laundry room and study area.

Bedrooms

Villa Florent accommodates up to ten guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, safes, blackout blinds, and internet access.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom (160 x 200) with en suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, TV, and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace.

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom (160 x 200) with en suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, TV, and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace.

Bedroom 3: Master bedroom (220 x 200) with en suite bathroom featuring shower and open bath, double sinks, separate WC, dressing room, integrated TV, and a balcony overlooking the golf course with sea views.

Bedroom 4: King-size double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. This bedroom does not have natural light. A separate shower room is located adjacent.

Bedroom 5: Self-contained suite with its own entrance, featuring a kitchenette, small lounge with pull-out double bed (available on request), en suite shower room, and a separate small double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

Outside

Villa Florent is accessed via electric gates leading to a private driveway with parking for up to three cars. The outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring a 6m x 12m heatable saltwater infinity pool with beach-style entry and depths ranging from 30 cm to 2 m, as well as an attached heated jacuzzi.

A large terrace offers multiple dining and lounging areas, complemented by a pizza oven and Weber BBQ. The grounds include a lawned garden to the front of the property and a beautifully layered pebble garden to the rear, with an additional breakfast dining area overlooking the surroundings.
