Set in a prime hillside position on the edge of La Garde-Freinet, this villa enjoys wonderful, far-reaching views across forested hills towards Grimaud and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Just 1 km away lies the heart of the medieval village of La Garde-Freinet, where colourful twice weekly markets, charming shops, and local restaurants can be enjoyed. While the villa offers a peaceful escape from the bustling French Riviera crowds, it is only a 30 minute drive from the lively beaches, pavement cafés, and nightlife of Saint-Tropez.

There is plenty to keep active guests entertained, from tennis in the village and golf at Golf de Beauvallon, to sailing, surfing, and water skiing along the coast. The surrounding hills are ideal for horse riding and cycling, and the region is also known for its increasingly popular polo matches.

The villa has steps up to the villa and to and from the pool area so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa features an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a TV, DVD and CD player, as well as an open fireplace. A balcony window and French doors lead out to a deck with a pergola covered seating area and outdoor dining space. This ground floor level also includes a guest WC. A few steps lead up to a double and twin bedrooms.

Spiral stairs from the dining area lead down to the lower ground floor, where there is a summer living room/snug with a DVD and screen, located next to the pool. This level also features a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool, along with an en suite bathroom and WC.

Large deck with pergola covered seating area, outdoor dining table, gas barbecue, open tread steps down to pool area. On street parking for 1 car. This is a semi-detached village house in a cul-de-sac. Its hillside position means the grounds are terraced please care with young children.
