This newly refurbished Villa Estelle, with air-conditioning and a heated pool, occupies an exceptional location just 700 metres above Plage d’Aiguebelle. Perched on the cliffside, the villa offers stunning views across the sweeping Bay de Gau, Cap Bénat, and the islands of Port Cros. With its prime location on the border between Saint-Tropez and Provence, Villa Estelle provides an excellent base for exploring this diverse region. Inland, the peaceful rolling countryside is dotted with charming hilltop villages such as Bormes-les-Mimosas, known for its weekly markets and delightful restaurants. Along the coastline, Le Lavandou offers spectacular scenery, fine sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and several lively resorts with cafes, marinas, and palm tree-lined promenades. Another unforgettable day trip is a boat ride to Île de Porquerolles, a magical and unspoilt island with white sands, turquoise waters, and fabulous seafood restaurants.

ACCOMMODATION

Laid out over three levels, each of the villa’s rooms face the sea and offer a high standard of comfort. The large open plan living room with patio windows opens out onto the terrace and the magnificent view. There is also one bedroom with ensuite on the upper level with three further bedrooms on the lower level.

There are no bedrooms on the entrance level.

OUTSIDE

The villa features two terraces offering spectacular views over the Bay de Gau and Cap Bénat. Guests can enjoy a heated infinity saltwater pool measuring 11 by 4 metres with a depth of 1.5 metres, accompanied by an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Outdoor amenities include table tennis, a gas BBQ, and parking for two cars, noting that the driveway is steep
