OVERVIEW

This traditional Provençal mas is set in peaceful countryside surrounded by vineyards, just two kilometres from the village of La Môle. Dating back to the early 19th century, the farmhouse offers 6 bedrooms (with a 7^th annex bedroom on request) and exceptional grounds extending over 50 acres of private parkland. A generous 12 × 6 m swimming pool is located approximately 100 metres from the house, providing a secluded spot to relax and unwind.

The nearby village of La Môle offers a small but well stocked supermarket and an excellent bakery known for its freshly made pies and pizzas. The renowned L’Auberge de la Môle, often frequented by celebrities, serves outstanding Périgord cuisine in a rustic and welcoming setting. The glamour of St Tropez is just a 20 minute drive away, along with the famous beach clubs and restaurants of Pampelonne.

PLEASE NOTE: The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests with the use of the Annexe room which is more suited to staff, it is situated away from the main house

ACCOMMODATION

The property has been tastefully decorated, blending original features with modern comforts to create a truly inviting retreat. The elegant main living room, complete with a large fireplace for cooler autumn evenings, opens onto a charming lower terrace. Traditional natural flagstone flooring throughout the ground floor helps keep the interiors cool during the summer months. A fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room lead directly to a shaded terrace, where comfortable seating invites you to dine al fresco beneath the dappled shade of plane trees; the perfect setting to enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings.

On the ground floor there is a spacious and elegant living room with an open fireplace and French doors opening onto the garden, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A separate TV room/study also features an open fireplace and French doors leading outside, offering a quiet space to relax or work. The formal dining room opens onto the terrace, ideal for seamless indoor-outdoor dining, while the fully equipped kitchen provides direct access to the garden. A guest WC completes this level.

OUTSIDE

Set within extensive private parkland, the property offers a peaceful and secluded setting surrounded by natural beauty. A spacious terrace provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining, with comfortable seating beneath the dappled shade of mature plane trees. A portable gas barbecue is available on request, ideal for relaxed summer evenings.

The heated swimming pool (12 m × 6 m)  located approximately 100 metres from the house, offers a tranquil retreat, with depths ranging from 1.30 m to 1.90 m. Ample private parking is available on the property.

LOCAL AREA

The area offers a wealth of activities, including golf, tennis, horse riding, and exploring picturesque hilltop villages such as Grimaud, Gassin, and Ramatuelle. For something a little different, visit the historic La Verne Monastery, a remarkable Carthusian monastery set high in the beautiful Massif des Maures.
