Overview

Villa Atempo is located in the peaceful Domaine de la Vallée, less than ten minutes from the beaches of Gigaro. Set in La Croix-Valmer, the villa enjoys a calm natural environment close to coastal walking trails, local markets, and relaxed beach clubs. Surrounded by pine trees, it is an ideal retreat for slow days by the sea and relaxed evenings outdoors.

Arranged over three levels, Villa Atempo combines generous volumes with modern comfort and a strong indoor–outdoor flow. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi and a sound system throughout.

Accommodation

Spanning approximately 500 sqm, Villa Atempo offers several comfortable living areas. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the outdoor spaces, while the dining room and main living room provide relaxed areas for gathering. The living room features a TV, decorative fireplace, and access to the terrace. A private office with shower room, WC, and a single sofa bed adds flexibility, and a laundry room is also available.

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom located on the ground floor, complete with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is a ground-floor double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 is a further ground-floor double bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 is a ground-floor double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 5 is the final ground-floor double bedroom, featuring its own ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 6 is the master suite, located on the first floor, offering sea views, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 7 is a double bedroom on the lower ground floor with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 8 is another lower ground floor double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 9 is a dormitory-style room with six single beds and an ensuite shower room, ideal for children or younger guests

Outside

The outdoor areas at Villa Atempo are designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. A large swimming pool measuring 13.5 x 4.7 metres is surrounded by sun loungers and a terrace. The garden also features a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, a pétanque court, landscaped grounds, and private parking.
