ACCOMMODATION

The villa opens with an entrance hall leading to a cloakroom and guest toilet. The villa is set within 5,000 m² of beautifully landscaped grounds featuring mature Mediterranean parkland, shrubs, and generous lawn areas. Multiple patios, along with both covered and open terraces, provide a variety of spaces for relaxation and al fresco dining, complemented by comfortable garden lounges.

A private heatable swimming pool (15 m × 6 m) with Roman steps is surrounded by a large teak sunbathing deck with sun loungers and parasols. The spacious pool house includes a Weber bar and barbecue, as well as an outdoor shower, WC, and changing room. The outdoor areas are enhanced by a full Sonos audio sound system.
