OVERVIEW

Villa Allura is a stunning, contemporary 4 bedroom villa for up to 8 guests. If you're looking for prime location, stunning sea views, proximity to some of the loveliest places in the south of France, plus a high level of comfort and total relaxation, then look no further. Villa Allura ticks all these boxes and more, with it's easy open-plan layout, it's south-facing sun terrace and it's sizeable, heated pool.

Situated on a pretty hillside in Beauvallon, the villa is convenient for all the places you will want to visit during your holiday. There is a local beach with restaurants close by and, if you are keen to spend time on famous Pampelonne beach with its restaurant clubs, this is also an easy drive from the villa. If you don't fancy spending time in the car you can take a water taxi to St Tropez. Nearby Ste Maxime has several restaurants, plus year-round festivals with a theatre and cinema. A wide variety of activities are available in this part of the Var region, including tennis, golf, riding, polo, hiking and numerous water sports, so you will be spoiled for choice if you prefer an active holiday.
 
There are also museums and art galleries galore, and a short distance inland you will find plenty of attractive hilltop villages with typical squares, inviting cafes and good restaurants. This modern villa with sea views and heated pool really does offer an excellent base for a holiday that everyone will thoroughly enjoy.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa’s entrance hall opens into a bright living room with a TV and panoramic views, featuring French windows that lead directly to the terrace and pool area. The contemporary kitchen and dining area has direct access to a covered dining terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. This level also includes a shower room and a separate WC.

OUTSIDE

The villa is set within enclosed, terraced grounds, offering both privacy and safety, though care is advised with children. A covered dining terrace provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals, while a heated pool measuring 12 by 6 metres, with a depth of 1.2 to 2.2 metres and step entry, overlooks the Bay of Saint-Tropez. Additional amenities include a portable gas BBQ and ample parking for guests.
