Accommodation

The villa is arranged over two levels and offers bright, open-plan living spaces designed to maximise comfort and views.

First Floor (Entrance Level)
The main entrance opens into a spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Large doors lead to a covered terrace with roof lights, outdoor lounge seating, and stunning sea views. The kitchen includes a breakfast area and direct access to the terrace, while the dining area opens onto the covered terrace with outdoor dining facilities. This level also features the master bedroom with a shower room, WC, and access to the terrace.

Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises three additional double bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature ensuite shower rooms and WCs, while the third double bedroom has a separate shower room. All bedrooms open onto the terrace and enjoy lovely views. A separate WC is also located on this level.
Please note: internal stairs do not have a handrail.

The private 12.5m x 2.5m swimming pool with Roman steps is accompanied by a sunbathing area. Spacious terraces offer outdoor lounge furniture, an alfresco dining area, and a BBQ, making the most of the villa’s exceptional views. Private parking is available on site.
