The 4,000 sqm villa is a harmonious blend of luxury, tranquillity and seclusion.  It offers striking views over the sparkling Mediterranean sea and is located only a three minute drive from the vibrant and dynamic life of Monte Carlo.  

The spacious 6 bedrooms are all air-conditioned with a sea view and balcony and have been tastefully designed in light and sunny colours. 3 bedrooms are in the main house and 3 bedrooms are in the guesthouse, making this villa the perfect property for two families holidaying together.

There is a large heated infinity pool (12.5m x 6m) with a terrace and BBQ that is perfectly suited for watching the sun set over the neighbouring peninsula of Cap Ferrat.  The villa also offers a fully equipped cinema room, large gym, parking for up to 10 cars and a sophisticated alarm system as well as table tennis and a large trampoline. 

ACCOMMODATION

Main House: 3 ensuite double bedrooms. (A double bed can be added to the cinema room on the lower ground floor taking the capacity to 14 people).

Guesthouse (3 separate apartments on different levels): 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms.

The Gym is located in the guesthouse with a separate entrance:
