An office area provides a dedicated workspace, while a well-equipped laundry room includes an additional fridge, washing machine, and dryer.

Bedrooms

Villa Pepin offers four beautifully appointed double bedrooms. Three double bedrooms each feature ensuite shower rooms, while the master suite benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and direct access to the garden. The villa is set within mature grounds dotted with olive trees and enjoys a south-facing private 14m x 5m heated salt-water mirror pool.
