OVERVIEW

With a fantastic position in the heart of historic Bidart on the edge of lively Biarritz is Maison Amaya, a luxurious six bedroom villa with direct access to the beach and panoramic views of the sea and the Pyrenees. 
There are six ensuite bedrooms all with Egyptian cotton sheets and duck down pillows, a huge state of the art kitchen, a living area with direct access to the terrace and a media room with sea views as well as TV and Sonos wireless surround sound. Outside, the heated infinity pool overlooks the sea the outdoor dining area is completed with an outdoor barbecue, Forge Abour grill and plancha. 

Right on your doorstep is the beach where water temperatures in summer often reach as high as 27 degrees and stay good for swimming until October. You can also head to other attractive beaches nearby such as Parlementia at Guethary, Erretegia and Ilbarritz. In terms of local activities, take your pick from surfing and water sports aplenty, 12 top quality golf courses are within quick and easy reach, as are local markets and other impressive places such as St Jean de Luz, Biarritz and San Sebastian. The local tapas (Pintxos) are to be savoured: tortillas, baby squid and black pudding toasts can all be washed down with local ciders, sherry or something a little different in sparkling Txakoli. If you travel in summer get ready for events such as the Roxy Pro Surf, Jazz, Fetes de Bayonne and more.

A 5 minute car ride away and you will reach an Intermarche and 10 mins by car you will reach the centre of Biarritz, with Les Halles (local market) and plenty of restaurants and bars.
