Set within a private 1,000 m² estate, the villa spans 510 m² across three levels and has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and accessibility. Guests can enjoy a range of luxury facilities including a private heated infinity pool with hydromassage and counter-current swimming, a sauna, a fully equipped gym, and an elevator connecting all floors.

Accommodation

Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, Villa Aron offers spacious and stylish living areas throughout. The ground floor features a bright open-plan layout with a fully equipped modern kitchen, an elegant dining area, and a comfortable living room with direct access to the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. A guest WC is also located on this level.

The villa's lower ground floor is dedicated to wellness and recreation, featuring a private sauna, a fully equipped gym, shower facilities, and a garage. An elevator provides convenient access to all levels, making the property suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Throughout the villa, contemporary interiors, designer furnishings, and panoramic sea views create a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.

Bedrooms

Villa Aron offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms.

On the ground floor, guests will find the first bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The first floor accommodates four additional bedrooms:

Bedroom 2 -1 king bed with ensuite

Bedroom 3 - Twin beds with shared bathroom

Several bedrooms enjoy access to a south-facing balcony furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, where guests can relax and take in spectacular panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding islands.

The outdoor area is the highlight of Villa Aron, offering complete privacy and breathtaking coastal views. At the heart of the terrace is a magnificent 65 m² heated infinity pool equipped with hydromassage jets and a counter-current swimming system.

Surrounded by a spacious sun deck, the pool area is ideal for relaxing under the Croatian sun, enjoying a refreshing drink, or watching unforgettable sunsets over the Adriatic. The elevated position of the villa provides uninterrupted views of the sea, nearby islands, and the endless blue horizon.
