Villa Ceza I

Villa Ceza 1 is a luxurious and spacious 5-bedroom premier villa located 15 km north of Dubrovnik, offering stunning sea views. With its modern design, minimalist interiors, and ample amenities, it provides an ideal base for exploring the Dalmatian coast and its surrounding islands.

The villa features a heatable infinity pool, a Finnish sauna, and a wide, sunny terrace for relaxation and enjoyment.

The ground floor of the villa includes an open-plan living and dining area with doors opening to a terrace, with magnificent sea views. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast area and another door leading to an alfresco dining terrace with sea views. Additionally, a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room, TV, air conditioning, and terrace access is located on this floor, along with two guest toilets.

On the first floor, which is the entry level, there are four double bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm). Each bedroom has an en suite shower room, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and access to a balcony or terrace with sea views.

The villa is surrounded by terraced grounds adorned with lemon, pine, and olive trees, as well as Mediterranean shrubs and a lawn area. Multiple terraces provide breathtaking sea views, and the pool terrace offers an infinity heatable pool with a ladder, an outdoor shower, sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols, and a Finnish sauna. An upper terrace is equipped with al fresco dining facilities, a barbecue, and outdoor living furniture. Balconies throughout the villa also provide sea views. Parking facilities are available.

For larger groups, it is possible to rent Villa Princeza 1 together with the neighbouring Villa Ceza II, allowing a total capacity of 18 guests.
