Overview

Villa Orlo with a private pool is a charming and modern villa located in the world-famous town of Bol on the island of Brač. Villa Orlo sits in a peaceful eastern part of town, close to the Dominican monastery, and is only 250 m from the sea and around 300 m from the town centre.

Villa Orlo is ideally positioned near one of the Adriatic’s most iconic beaches, Zlatni Rat, known for its crystal-clear waters and excellent conditions for swimming, diving, surfing, and kitesurfing. This makes Villa Orlo a great choice for both active holidays and relaxed stays, especially for families with children.

Villa Orlo is also a protected cultural monument, originally a 300-year-old stone house that was carefully restored in 2011. During the renovation of Villa Orlo, great care was taken to preserve its traditional stone character while introducing modern comfort and luxury.

Accommodation

Villa Orlo offers approximately 90 m² of interior living space arranged across three floors: ground floor, first floor, and second floor. Villa Orlo combines authentic Dalmatian stone architecture with contemporary design and amenities to create a warm and comfortable holiday home.

The ground floor of Villa Orlo includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a corner sofa and entertainment system featuring LCD SAT TV, DVD, and CD player. Villa Orlo is fully air-conditioned and also provides Wi-Fi, a home cinema system, and a safe for valuables.

The kitchen in Villa Orlo is equipped with a glass-ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and mixer. Villa Orlo also includes practical household amenities such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. A baby cot and feeder are available on request.

The first bedroom in Villa Orlo is located on the first floor and features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and an antique dressing table.

The second sleeping area in Villa Orlo is located on the second floor within a studio-style suite. It includes two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate living area with seating and an LCD SAT TV. This space also opens onto a glass-partitioned loggia offering beautiful views of the sea and the island of Hvar.

Outside

The outdoor area of Villa Orlo is designed for relaxation and outdoor living. Villa Orlo features a private 20 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, providing the perfect place to unwind throughout the day.

Next to the pool, Villa Orlo offers a summer kitchen where guests can prepare and enjoy meals in a Mediterranean setting. The terrace of Villa Orlo is ideal for both daytime relaxation and romantic evenings under the stars.
