Villa Oaza is a luxurious beachfront villa on the island of Brac, just 5 metres from the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and 150 metres from the center of Bol. Accommodation

Villa Oaza spans 200 m² across two floors, providing spacious and comfortable living areas for up to 10 guests (8+2).

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large, elegantly furnished living room with two sofas, a terrace, and a separate toilet. The interior combines classic design with modern amenities, offering a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, modern kitchen appliances, washing machine, and three reserved parking spaces for guests.

Bedrooms

Villa Oaza has four stylish bedrooms, designed for comfort and privacy:

• First Floor: Two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and panoramic sea views, two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
• The villa also provides a cot and high chair upon request.

There is an additional sofa-bed in the living room.

Each room is furnished in a classic, elegant style, offering a serene retreat and beautiful views of the surrounding sea and islands.

Outside

The villa boasts a large private pool with a stone plateau, surrounded by comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas. An outdoor shower, dining area, and barbecue create the perfect space for al fresco relaxation and entertainment.

The garden is lush with pine trees and blooming oleander, offering shade, privacy, and a picturesque Mediterranean atmosphere. Villa Oaza also includes direct access to the beach and a total of three reserved parking spaces for guests.
