Overview

Villa Suncana is a secluded villa where you and your pet can totally relax and charge your batteries. Suncana is a pet friendly villa in Dubrava and has everything you need for a stress-free vacation. This new built but traditional property is situated on the island of Brac, between the small places Postira and Pucisca and can accommodate 7 persons in total. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful olive grove and the view of the untouched nature of the island of Bra? is extraordinary.

This charming villa is the best choice for a dream and peaceful holiday with your children and family with everything you might need to enjoy and relax.

Accommodation

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped and tastefully furnished with cosy and inviting colours and rustic fireplace (not for use because of security reasons). The open plan ground floor is equipped with a TV and 1 air conditioning unit. Two tables in the dining room can put up to 10 persons for breakfast or lunchtime. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom.  

On the first floor, there are two comfortable climatized bedrooms. The advantage of these bedrooms is the fact that you can separate the beds or put them all together, whatever suits you better. One bedroom can accommodate 2 persons and on the other, 3 persons can fit nicely. If it is necessary, 2 more persons can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor and the first floor are connected with outdoor stairs.

Villa Suncana has parking spaces available for 6 cars. Local restaurants, supermarkets, cafes are 4.7 km away from the villa by gravel and dirt road in Pušiš?a.

Outside

The outdoor area features a gorgeous traditional stone table under the three which provides natural shade in the warm summer days. The outside area also features stone barbeque so you can dine under the open sky or just sunbathe on the loungers next to the pool.
