Casa Mirca is a stunning seafront Mediterranean villa located in the heart of the small coastal village of Mirca on the island of Brač, just 1 metre from a գեղեցble pebble beach and 3 km from Supetar. Set within a charming and rustic environment, the villa offers an authentic island experience surrounded by olive groves, historic landmarks, and scenic walking trails.

Originally renovated in 2010, this elegant 7-bedroom villa blends traditional Mediterranean architecture with modern comfort. Its thoughtfully designed interior complements the charming exterior, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. With space for up to 17 guests (14+3), Casa Mirca is ideal for family holidays or group getaways, offering both privacy and shared living areas in a spectacular seaside setting.

Accommodation

The villa is arranged over two floors—ground floor and first floor—and spans a generous property with a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and stylish living room furnished with designer leather sofas and modern entertainment features. Adjacent is a dining area with a large wooden table, perfect for group meals. Both spaces open directly onto the courtyard and pool area through large glass walls, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Also on this level is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a double bedroom with sea views, a separate bathroom, a laundry area, and a leisure zone that includes a pool table and a small fitness area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a range of practical amenities for a comfortable stay.

Bedrooms

Casa Mirca offers 7 well-appointed bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 17 guests.

On the ground floor, there is one air-conditioned double bedroom with a sea view, along with a separate bathroom.

On the first floor, there are six spacious double bedrooms and five bathrooms. Several of the rooms feature private bathrooms and terraces with beautiful sea views. One bedroom includes a sofa bed suitable for an additional guest and has access to a private terrace overlooking the sea. Another bedroom also includes a sofa bed and enjoys sea views through a French window. Some bedrooms share a bathroom and have terraces with views of either the sea or the peaceful surroundings of the villa.

All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality anatomic beds to ensure maximum comfort, rest, and relaxation.

Outside

The outdoor spaces at Casa Mirca are designed for leisure and enjoyment, all set against the backdrop of the Adriatic Sea.

At the front of the villa, a main terrace faces the beach and features a private heated swimming pool (28 m²), sun loungers, and comfortable seating areas for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

The backyard includes a covered outdoor dining area with a large fireplace, perfect for preparing and enjoying grilled meals. There is also private parking available for 3–4 cars.

The villa is connected to a nearby reception building, and a friendly villa manager is available to assist guests throughout their stay, helping to arrange activities and provide local recommendations.
