Villa Fashion

Villa Fashion sits in a commanding position overlooking Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. The location affords wonderful sea and mountain views from many parts of the property. Outside space, so important to many of our guests is exceptional here with a very impressive infinity pool with Jacuzzi and sunbed areas and plenty of furnished space to dine alfresco, sunbathe or just relax and enjoy the views. Accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms, Villa Fashion is a great choice for families or larger groups. Kalkan's vibrant dining scene, shopping and the beach are around 20-25 minutes’ walk away or about 5 minutes in a taxi.

Ground floor

An open plan living area comprising sitting room, kitchen and dining area occupies much of the ground floor. With glass sliding doors to much of the front of the property, light floods into this space and the living area can be opened up to the swimming pool terrace. The sitting room area area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat-screen satellite TV/ DVD player and unlimited WiFi is provided.

The fitted kitchen is well-equipped to self-cater and includes a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob/ extractor and microwave and has corian work surfaces. The first of the villa's five bedrooms, a double, is also on this level and this bedroom has an en-suite shower room together with direct access out onto the pool terrace. Finally, A separate WC is located on this floor, together with a utility area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First floor

There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two doubles (each en-suite shower room and sea view balcony) and a twin (with en-suite shower room and sea view balcony).

Second floor

The second floor houses a luxurious Master bedroom suite, with double bed, en-suite shower room and access to the villa's roof terrace through its glass sliding doors.

Outside

One of the stand out features of this villa is its magnificent pool - it has a Jacuzzi section (3 metres x 3 metres), together with a children's pool (3 metres x 3 metres), an area into which sun loungers can be placed (3 metres x 12 metre) as well as a large swimming area (4 metres x 12 metres).

The pool terrace is spacious and furnished with dining table, 10 sun-loungers and a comfortable shaded seating area from which to enjoy lovely views.

The views from the pool terrace include both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays with Mouse + Snake Islands in the distance.
