Ground Floor Living Spaces

The spacious ground floor offers an open plan layout with a modern kitchen and dining area flowing into a bright lounge space. Floor to ceiling windows flood the lounge with natural light, furnished with comfortable sofas and satellite TV with free channels. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances and a large dining table for family meals.

Two twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor, sharing a family bathroom with shower. An additional WC is also available on this level for added convenience.

Master Bedroom Suite

The upper floor houses the luxurious master bedroom suite, a true highlight of Casa del Bosque. This private retreat features an en suite bathroom with bathtub and direct access to a private terrace with spectacular views over the green forests of Arta.

Time limited air conditioning (hot and cold) is provided in all bedrooms from 14:00 to 16:00 and 20:00 to 08:00. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

The villa boasts extensive terraces furnished with outdoor dining tables, chairs and comfortable sofas, perfect for alfresco meals and barbecues under the Mallorcan sun. Casa del Bosque enjoys a peaceful rural setting near the historic town of Arta in north east Mallorca. Within 10 to 15km by car, guests can discover a wide selection of beautiful beaches including the stunning bays of Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, and the lively resort of Cala Ratjada.

Important Information

Eco Tax: All guests are required to pay the Balearic Islands Eco Tax, collected either on arrival or at final balance payment. The rate is €2.20 per person per day (aged 16 and over) for the first 8 nights, reducing to €1.10 per person per day thereafter.
