Overview

Marcelina is a single storey property with three bedrooms and two bathrooms - the perfect space for a getaway with family or friends.

On entering Marcelina you find yourself in the airy and bright open-plan lounge/dining area, with slanted wooden beamed ceiling, two comfy sofas around the TV and a modern glass dining table for six.

Adjacent is the fully-equipped white modern kitchen separated from the dining area by a breakfast/work island complete with stools. There is also a walk-in larder.

An archway leads from the lounge to the 3 spacious white and fresh bedrooms (one double, 2 twins). One of the twin bedrooms has its own en-suite with walk in shower while the other bedrooms share a family shower room.

Particular attention has been given to the renovation of the interiors, which are now stylish and modern, perfect for a special holiday.

Outside

A spacious covered porch runs along back of the house overlooking the gardens and pool, a wooden table and chairs are situated here - a perfect place for breakfasting while enjoying the the first sun rays over the valley or al fresco dining in the evening while watching the sun go down.

Also, at the side of the house, nestled under the trees is an outdoor seating area for those who just want to chill out and enjoy the total silence.

The large inviting swimming pool of 9.00m x 5.00m (D 1.3m x 2.4m) with Roman steps is surrounded by a large paved terrace with more than sufficient space for sunbathing on the villas sun loungers as the area attracts sun all day. Or you can sit under the straw parasol in the shade at yet another table and wicker chair sitting area.

A large barbecue area (covered) is located off the terrace.

The utility room with washing machine is located outside and also houses an additional shower room.
