This characterful Mallorcan villa welcomes you through a traditional heavy wooden door into a world of rustic charm and contemporary luxury. The property has been fully renovated to a high standard whilst retaining its authentic features throughout.

The open plan living and dining room features a large dining table perfect for family gatherings and a comfortable sofa area where you can relax with a glass of wine beside the crackling open fireplace. A few steps lead down to the fully equipped kitchen, which serves as the heart of this beautiful home. Glass doors from the kitchen open directly onto the pool and garden area, creating a seamless indoor outdoor living experience.

The villa offers 3 well appointed bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. The first bedroom is located on the mezzanine floor, accessed via 5 to 6 stairs, and features a charming double room with a 160cm bed, original wooden beams and exposed stonework. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious double bedroom with a 160cm bed, which connects to the master bedroom. The master suite boasts wooden floors, slanted wooden beams, a stone feature wall and a private en suite bathroom. A second bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. All rooms throughout Casa Cabaña benefit from air conditioning for year round comfort.

All guests are required to pay the Balearic Islands Eco Tax, which will be collected either on your arrival day or at the time of your final balance payment. The Eco Tax is €2.20 per person per day for guests aged 16 and over for the first 8 nights, reducing to €1.10 per person per day thereafter.
