OVERVIEW

The villa is ideally situated just 35 minutes from the historic city of Palma. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the three courses in Santa Ponsa, while boating enthusiasts can enjoy nearby marinas including Puerto Portals, Port Adriano, and Port Nautico, all just a short drive away. Port Nautico is particularly popular for water sports, offering activities such as sailing, paddleboarding, jet skiing, diving, and kayaking, as well as a wide selection of boats and yachts for charter. A SUP (stand-up paddle) school and the Regatta Club are also based here.

The marina in Santa Ponsa and the resort centre, located just 2km away, can be reached on foot in approximately 20–30 minutes. Please note that due to the villa’s elevated position, the final 500 metres on the return journey are quite steep; maps are provided in the photos to illustrate the route.

Tennis facilities are available in Paguera and Puerto Portals, along with a modern ladies’ tennis academy located just five minutes’ drive from the villa. A variety of quality restaurants, bars, and cafés are also within easy reach, including the stylish marina at Port Adriano.

The nearest beaches are Santa Ponsa and Port Adriano, both just a couple of minutes away by car. Within a 10-minute drive, you can also explore Illetas, Bendinat, and Portals, while other excellent options include Portals Vells, Camp de Mar, St Elmo, and Cala Fornells.

ACCOMMODATION

The open plan interior is perfectly suited to families, offering direct access to the pool and terrace area. Comfortable sofas and armchairs are arranged around the SMART TV and fireplace, while a large dining table is positioned in front of a feature curved window with stunning views. The living space flows into a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for a villa stay, with a breakfast bar that’s perfect for a morning coffee and a spacious American-style fridge for all your groceries. A separate utility room is also available, complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The master suite is located on the ground floor and features a king size bed, SMART TV, dressing room, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a shower. The remaining bedrooms are all furnished with king-size beds, one of which has its own en suite, while the others share a bathroom. One bedroom can also be configured as twin beds if required.

A beautiful outdoor terrace features a 9 x 4 metre pool, surrounded by ample sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the glorious weather. A Summer kitchen with an external dining area creates an ideal space for entertaining or enjoying a sundowner before heading out for dinner. A newly installed OFYR BBQ adds the perfect touch for relaxed family gatherings.
