Villa Miren

OVERVIEW

Situated right next to the sea with direct access, the villa is just a 10 minute stroll from the pretty sandy beach of Cala Vinyes, which features a charming beach bar and a children’s playground. The nearest restaurants and shops are only a few minutes’ walk away, and regular boat trips to Palma depart from the mooring next to the beach,an excellent excursion during your stay.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa can sleep up to 10 adults in five ensuite, air conditioned bedrooms, all enjoying sea views and private terraces. A ground floor study is also available and features a sofa bed, accommodating up to two additional guests (for an extra charge) please note this room is not air conditioned. One of the highlights of the villa is the jacuzzi lounge, where guests can relax while watching the boats pass by at sea.  There is a spacious lounge area with sofas, a television, sea views, and access to the terrace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a study/library with a double sofa bed, as well as a jacuzzi lounge with a bathroom and terrace access.

Outside, there are multiple terraces with sea views, an infinity pool (heatable on request), a professional barbecue, and spacious lounge and dining areas.

OUTSIDE

There is a private infinity swimming pool with sun loungers, dining terraces with barbecue, comfortable lounge furniture, a table tennis table, and parking.
