OVERVIEW

Santa Ponsa, a popular family resort known for its sandy beach, entertainment, bars, and restaurants, is just a short 5 minute drive from the villa. Water sports enthusiasts will also appreciate the nearby Port Adriano (1 km away) and Port Nautico (3 km away), where activities include sailing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, diving, and kayaking.

ACCOMMODATION

The tasteful décor of Villa Kiro features neutral tones and light, airy spaces that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout. The kitchen and living areas are bright and welcoming, benefitting from an abundance of natural light, while the serene ambience continues through the five stylish bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are air conditioned, and all benefit from private bathrooms with a mix of showers and baths, including one luxurious whirlpool bathtub.

There is a hallway leading to a main living area with comfortable sofas, a TV, fireplace, and bifold doors opening onto the terrace. There is also a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as an air conditioned reading room
