The third bedroom is accessed via an open ladder staircase and contains 4 single beds, ideal for children or additional guests. The villa has 2 bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other with a bath, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The open plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a bright, sunny living room that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchenette comes complete with dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, providing everything needed for self catering holidays. For year round comfort, Villa Sancha is fitted with 3 air conditioning units with heating pumps, strategically located in the two living areas and the hallway leading to the bedrooms. Additional amenities include WiFi internet access, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and board, hairdryer, cot and high chair.
